Yes, if parents have been granted access to the Student Portal and Online Payments have been enabled in the "Studio Settings", parents can log in and make a payment to your studio.

In order for parents to do so:

  1. Log in to your My Music Staff account with your email address and the Student Portal password emailed to you by the teacher.
  2. Navigate to "Account & Invoices" from the main menu on the left.
  3. Click on the green "Make a Payment" button.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay and follow the onscreen prompts.
