In My Music Staff, you have the option to give parents and students access to the Student Portal. This is similar to what you see when you log into My Music Staff, but only shows the student their specific information. (For more details on what you students will see, view this FAQ.)

The main difference between a parent's login and the student's, is that the parent can see the "Account & Invoices" page. If you have adult students, you should use the "Parent" option when you send them their login information. Students cannot see their parent's financial standing with you (or make payments online).

Additionally, if a parent has multiple students who take lessons with you, the parent can see the information for all their children, while each child who logs in can only see his or her own calendar, practice log, etc.
