Creating folders in your Online Resources section is a great way to keep all of your files categorized and well organized. It's important to note that folder access is automatically determined by the files within that folder. That means if a student isn't able to access any of the files contained within a folder, they won't be able to see that folder either.

Create a new folder:

  1. Navigate to "Online Resources" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click the "Tools" button and select "New Folder" from the drop-down.
  3. Give your new folder a name and description.
Note: By default, uploaded files will automatically be placed into the folder you're currently viewing.

Move file(s) into or out of a folder:

  1. Navigate to "Online Resources" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Select the file(s) you would like to move by clicking on the checkbox next to their filename(s).
  3. Click on "Tools" and select "Move Selected Items" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Choose the appropriate destination folder from the drop-down menu.
