How do I add pictures to my existing Revenue & Other Expenses?
You can take a picture of your receipt or payment record and enter it into My Music Staff. Or, you can collect your receipts and add them to the transactions you've already recorded.
To add a picture to an entry already in Expenses & Other Revenue, please do the following:
- Navigate to "Expenses & Other Revenue" from the main menu on the left.
- Select a transaction to which you'd like to add a photo of the receipt.
- Click the green "+" button in the Attachments column.
- If you're using a mobile device, you have the option of opening your camera directly. If you're using a computer, you can choose your photo from your directory.
- Click "Save".
You'll now be able to View or Download the photo attachment!
