If you are adding brand new repertoire that does not currently exist in your master repertoire list, follow the instructions below. If you are trying to assign existing repertoire to a student, click here for instructions.

You can add brand new repertoire from a few different locations: the "Repertoire" menu, the Student Details page and the "Attendance" popup. Take a look at the following video or use the written instructions below:

To add new repertoire from the "Repertoire" menu:

  1. Navigate to "Repertoire" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click the "Add Repertoire" button that appears on the page.
  3. On the "Edit Repertoire" page, fill out the fields with the correct information.
  4. Click "Save".

To add new repertoire from the "Student Details" page:

  1. Navigate to "Students" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click the blue "Zoom" icon to the left of the student's name.
  3. Select the "Repertoire" tab.
  4. Click the "+ Add Repertoire" button and select "+ New Repertoire" from the drop-down menu.
  5. Fill in all relevant details.
  6. Click "Save".

To add new repertoire from the "Attendance" popup:

  1. Take attendance for an event from the Home Agenda or the Calendar.
  2. When you mark a student as present, you'll notice a "New Repertoire" field appear.
  3. Using the "New Repertoire" field, enter the repertoire title and hit enter. You can separate multiple entries with a semicolon.
  4. Click "Save".
Tip: Anything you enter into the "Notes" field can be seen by any student assigned to the repertoire. This is a great area to add links to videos/audio files, instructions, tips, etc.
