When a student fills out and enters your "Student Sign-Up" form, you have the option to enable our "Auto-Active" feature. This will immediately set the student's status to "Active" and send the Student Portal Login email to the family.

If a student uses your "Student Sign-Up" form through your My Music Staff hosted website: 

  1. Navigate to "Website" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Select the "Pages" tab.
  3. Click the blue "Edit" button to the left of your "Student Registration" page.
  4. Click the "Send portal login information to student once they are signed up" checkbox.
  5. Click the blue "Save" button..

If a student uses your "Student Sign-Up" form through your existing website: 

  1. Navigate to "Website" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click the "Send portal login information to student once they are signed up" checkbox.
  3. Click the blue "Save Settings" button.
