If your uploaded video isn't displaying a picture but you can hear the audio, this is an indication that you're using an incompatible video codec that's not supported by your browser.

Most iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) will default to using the HEVC video codec that's not universally support by most internet browsers. Here's how to change that:

  1. Tap "Settings".
  2. Tap "Camera" from the main menu on the left.
  3. Tap "Format".
  4. Choose the "Most Compatible" option.
Moving forward, your newly recorded videos will use H264 which can be streamed in most browsers.
