Multi-teacher accounts have the ability to assign a "Substitute" teacher when editing an event/lesson.

To begin:

  1. Navigate to the “Calendar” from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click on the event you wish to assign a substitute teacher for.
  3. Select "Edit" from the popup.
  4. From the "Substitute" drop-down, select the new teacher.
  5. Scroll down and click "Save".
  6. You will now see an amended lesson showing "Lesson with Teacher A substituted by Teacher B".
Please note: Whenever possible, My Music Staff will automatically calculate payroll when a substitution is made. Please spot check for accuracy.
